Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be processed quickly and easily by clicking here.
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return period, allowing customers to return their package without providing a reason. These 30 days begin from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back within this timeframe.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- For sale items, refunds are not provided. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
- For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. Refunds or store credit cannot be issued if only one of the two items is returned. However, items from the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different variant of the same product. If you only need to exchange one item, return only that item and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the courier and the country from which the package is returned.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. After processing, you will receive a notification regarding your refund. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

What if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will inform you of the estimated restock date or work with you to find a suitable solution. If your return has already been created and the product is sold out, we will reach out to discuss alternative options.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have not received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
Although rare, damages can sometimes occur during shipment or production. We are happy to resolve this issue for you. Please email our customer service team with a picture of the problem, and we will work quickly to find a solution.
What if I need to return my order after the return period has expired?
Returns must be completed within the 30-day period. If returning within this timeframe is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the item for a replacement or store credit. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
