We offer FREE shipping to all countries where we make sales. This offer applies to all orders, regardless of the purchase amount. All products are shipped via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume.  

Important Note on Exchanges and Store Credit  

If you wish to exchange a product, please be aware that shipping costs for product exchanges are not covered. While free shipping is offered on the initial purchase, the cost of shipping for an exchange must be covered by the customer. Additionally, when store credit is issued, any shipping costs for products purchased with this credit must also be covered by the customer.  

Processing Time  

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.  

Estimated Shipping Time  

Delivery time will vary depending on the customer's location. For orders within the United States, the estimated shipping time is 8 to 15 business days. For other international destinations, shipping time may vary and may take between 15 to 22 business days.  

Shipping Tracking  

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers can track their package using this number through the "Track Your Order" section on the website. Information about the logistics company handling the shipment will be available along with the tracking number.

Disclaimer of Liability  

We are not responsible if the logistics company fails to deliver the package or if any issues arise with the package once it has been handed over to the courier company for shipment. Any delivery-related issues should be addressed directly with the respective courier company. If your package arrives damaged due to shipment, please contact customer support within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.  

Order Cancellations and Adjustments  

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email, and delivery can be expected based on the estimated timeline provided above. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
